Job summary

South College seeks an Associate Dean of Academics and Student Services to support the Dean and Campus President in administering academic programs and student services. A demanding schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays with at least forty office hours per week.

The role requires a master’s degree in education or related field, progress toward a doctoral degree, and professional experience in education and student services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field is required.
• Progress toward doctoral degree is required.
• Experience in education and student services is needed.
• Experience in teaching is preferred.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dean of Academics and Student Services and Campus President to administer academic programs and student services.
• Maintain a minimum of forty office hours per week with varied schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
