Penn State University’s College of the Liberal Arts seeks an Academic Program Coordinator for the Department of English to support graduate programs from recruitment through graduation. This role serves as the primary contact for inquiries, manages budgets and data, maintains the program website, and coordinates student recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities include onboarding graduate students, processing assistantships/fellowships, and ensuring degree requirements are met.

Important Note: This position requires a flexible schedule to work infrequent weekends or evenings to support departmental events.
