Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a terminal degree in nursing and national PMHNP certification.
• DNP or PhD in Nursing preferred with evidence of scholarly activity.
• Maryland RN licensure and commitment to diversity in teaching and service.

Responsibilities

• Teach in DNP, post-master's certificate, and MSN programs using innovative methods.
• Mentor students on career pathways, licensure preparation, and professional development.
• Engage in scholarship through publications and presentations to advance nursing knowledge.
• Foster partnerships with health organizations for clinical placements and interprofessional collaboration.
• Contribute to governance, accreditation, curriculum development, and community health equity.
