Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a growing academic and clinical practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role focuses on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery while mentoring future physicians.

You will teach medical students, residents, and fellows within a collaborative academic environment and contribute to education and patient care quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery cases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and perform procedures.
• Provide preoperative, operative, and postoperative patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Maintain timely medical documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and academic activities.
