The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Temple Health is seeking a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join its growing academic program. The successful candidate will participate in the clinical care of plastic surgery patients and contribute to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training program.
• Credentials that will support a faculty appointment at the minimum level of Assistant Professor.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, education, and academic development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the clinical care of plastic surgery patients.
• Contribute to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Educate and mentor trainees as part of the teaching faculty.
