The candidate will work with residents, contribute to scholarly activity, and develop a focused area of clinical or translational research aligned with division priorities.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training program.
• Credentials that will support a faculty appointment at the minimum level of Assistant Professor.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, education, and academic development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the clinical care of plastic surgery patients.
• Contribute to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Develop a focused area of clinical and academic expertise.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Department of Surgery and Temple Health.
