Job summary

Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join the division and provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient plastic and reconstructive care, including emergent services.

The candidate should have completed Plastic Surgery residency training and be board certified or board eligible, with expertise in Maxillofacial Trauma and Microvascular surgery, and be comfortable teaching residents in an academic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Plastic Surgery residency training.

• Expertise with Maxillofacial Trauma and Microvascular surgery.
• Comfortable managing inpatient and outpatient plastic and reconstructive cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient general plastic and reconstructive surgery services.
• Share call coverage with the division.
• Teach residents in a teaching hospital environment.
• Participate in collaborative research activities and refine services.
