Job summary

The University of Maryland OTO-HNS is seeking a board certified or eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join their Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. This full-time position focuses on a broad range of pediatric otolaryngologic conditions, particularly airway disorders in infants and children.

The successful candidate will manage complex cases in the level IV neonatal intensive care unit, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and engage in both teaching and research activities. A commitment to exceptional patient care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified or eligible in pediatric otolaryngology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted license in the State of Maryland.
• Expected rank will be Assistant Professor or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngologic conditions.
• Provide care at the level IV neonatal intensive care unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in teaching and research activities.

Skills

Board certified or eligible in pediatric otolaryngology

Experience with airway disorders in infants and children

Ability to work well in a team setting

Strong commitment to patient care and teaching

Education

Medical degree from a recognized accredited domestic university or foreign equivalent
