Job summary

Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Inc. is seeking BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists to join our team of 10 surgeons and 8 advanced practice providers.

We serve a diverse pediatric population in a rapidly growing region with a strong emphasis on family-centered care and equity. The role involves teaching residents and medical students across three local institutions and engaging in clinical or basic science research.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (required).
• Current Arizona License to Practice Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Board certified or Board Eligible in the appropriate specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Provide subspecialty consultations and follow‑up.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services/procedures.
• Provide these services for urgent/emergent care as necessary.
• Strive to achieve the best patient and family centered care.
• Support the Hospital’s patient satisfaction goals as well as division’s specific targets.
• Support and adhere to divisional patient safety and quality of care standards.
• Practice contemporary evidence‑based medicine.
