Job summary
Temple Health invites applications for a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician passionate about medical education to join our Palliative Care Program as a full-time clinician educator. This role offers mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows through direct teaching and curriculum development, with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
You will contribute to health system quality improvement initiatives, engage in teaching and research opportunities if desired, and work closely with
Qualifications
- MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited residency and Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine fellowship.
- Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
- Unrestricted medical license & DEA from Pennsylvania by start date.
Responsibilities
- Mentor medical students, residents and fellows through teaching and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on patient care and program activities.
- Engage in teaching, curriculum development, and opportunities for research if desired.
- Participate in health system quality improvement initiatives with Temple Health.
