Job summary

Charter Oak State College is seeking an Academic Operations Coordinator to ensure efficient academic services for its online environment. You will coordinate Career Services, library resources, and CAE leadership, acting as a bridge between academic programs and operational support.

The role reports to the AVP of Academic Affairs and includes responsibilities across vendor management, procurement, and commencement coordination. Fall 2026 start date with on-campus base and telework flexibility.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic vendor management and assessment, ensuring day-one access to course materials.
• Strategize library resource usage, renewals, and data-driven cancellations.
• Lead CAE training initiatives and develop scalable training modules for faculty.
• Oversee Career Services, including AI-enabled tools to support students.
• Coordinate commencement logistics, registrations, budgets, and vendor relations.
