Qualifications

• MD or DO with NY licensure eligibility or license.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency.
• Board eligible or certified in Plastic Surgery.
• DEA certification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• Provider will take hand on-call duties.
