Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MS4 Elentra sites with information about electives, faculty contacts, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate visiting student approvals, VSLO, offers, waitlists and rejections; manage housing and travel support.
• Assist with ERAS applications, deadlines, and letters of recommendation reminders for general surgery applicants.
• Organize mock interview sessions and coordinate SOAP processes for unmatched students and Office of Student Affairs.
• Develop and maintain longitudinal Surgical Education Research collaborations and curricula for MS4 general surgery students.
