Qualifications

• Assure duties include administrative responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High degree of interpersonal competency including professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer the TCDM LMS.
• Support faculty in testing and examination processes.
• Provide AV support for TCDM.
• Assist with NYMC IT and Active Directory support.
• Provide backup for the electronic health record system.
• Support faculty in instructional material creation.
• Promote educational innovation.
• Support accreditation efforts.
• Implement academic assessment programs.
