Job summary

Partners in Learning LLC seeks an Academic Interventionist for an in-person contract role in Washington, DC and Montgomery County. You will deliver individualized academic interventions and monitor progress to support students in reading, writing, math, and executive functioning.

You will collaborate with families and teachers, adjust intervention plans based on data, and document outcomes to ensure effective support. A Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Classroom teaching experience and training in research based intervention programs.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with students, families, teachers, and other professionals, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to collect and interpret student data, maintain accurate records, and use evidence-based instructional strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

The Academic Interventionist will regularly monitor student progress, adjust intervention plans, and document outcomes to ensure effective support. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with families and teachers and providing clear feedback on student performance.

Qualifications
