Job summary

The University of Minnesota Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time faculty member to join the Vascular and Interventional Radiology section. Responsibilities include a wide range of interventional procedures and non-invasive imaging, with active involvement in a strong academic environment.

Educational duties will involve teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for research collaboration and clinical interest development within the department and related

Qualifications

• ABR-certified or eligible for ABR certification.
• Completion of a vascular/interventional radiology fellowship or IR/DR residency (prefer fellowship).
• Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures including vascular access, biopsy, oncologic, hepatobiliary and portal interventions, transplant interventions, dialysis, and non-invasive imaging.
• Manage and participate in PERT team for pulmonary embolism.
• Provide teaching across medical students, IR/DR residents, and fellows; develop research interests in collaboration with the Department of Radiology.
