Qualifications

• Board certified in Internal Medicine (Board Eligible candidates considered).
• Strong interest in medical education and resident development.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
• GME or academic teaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outpatient core faculty within the GME Internal Medicine Clinic and supervise, teach, evaluate, and mentor Internal Medicine residents.
• Deliver didactic lectures and participate in conferences and clinical case discussions.
• Participate in the CCC and PEC to support accreditation and program evaluation.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, and scholarly activities in the residency program.
• Report directly to the Internal Medicine Program Director and promote evidence-based medicine and resident wellness.
