Job summary

Berea College is seeking an Academic Affairs Initiatives Coordinator to provide project management and coordination across Academic Affairs priorities, including AI initiatives, curricular programming, and advising support. The role partners with the Work College Program and supports operations for designated campus areas, meetings, and events.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional programs, develop project charters, track progress, and ensure alignment with college priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, higher education, or related field.
• Minimum two years of cross-departmental collaboration experience.
• Willingness to work beyond hours for events and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for cross-functional Academic Affairs initiatives, developing plans and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate AI initiatives, curricular programming, and advising support across Academic Affairs.
• Plan and support meetings and special events with on- and off-campus stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards to monitor project status and KPIs and draft related communications.
