Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease physicians to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will provide expert care for infectious diseases, contribute to education, and participate in quality improvement within an integrated academic health network.

The role involves collaboration on leukemia and BMT services, management of the HIV clinic, and teaching residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship.
• Board eligibility or certification in Infectious Diseases.
• Have or have the ability to obtain State of New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS.
• Active interest in resident education and research.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert consultation and management of patients with infectious diseases including medical, surgical/trauma, orthopedic and OBGYN patients
• Collaborate on care for patients in the new Leukemia and BMT service, an extension of the renowned Hackensack Meridian Health Leukemia and BMT program
• Manage the HIV clinic at the Family Health Center
• Contribute to resident and fellow recruitment, teaching and quality improvement
• Collaborate with ID pharmacists on antibiotic stewardship initiatives
• Engage in ID related industry trials and clinical research
• Join a dynamic network of experienced physicians, specialists and other team members who foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship in addition to strong clinical support.
