Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is seeking an Academic Hospitalist to join our multi-specialty group.

Position Details

• Employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity.
• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (required).
• Work with Internal Medicine residents; responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Preferably comfortable performing procedures.
• Must be willing to cover some shifts as Primary Care (preferred).
• Open ICU.
• Traditional Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM) + 1 weekend per month.

• Location: Victorville, CA, approximately 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

• Compensation: Base salary $250K - $275K, with semi-annual production bonus, sign-on bonus, and relocation reimbursement for full-time roles.
• Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required).
• Part-Time or Full-Time Nocturnist positions (7 ON / 7 OFF) also available.
