Job summary

WVU Medicine seeks Gastroenterologists (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) to practice in Morgantown, WV and/or Fairmont, WV. You will provide patient care in gastroenterology and hepatology and participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

The GI/Hepatology service offers advanced endoscopy with ERCP and close access to related clinics, supported by a large academic center and institutional backing for academic pursuits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligibility for state medical license.
• Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in gastroenterology and hepatology. All qualifications must be met by appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in gastroenterology and hepatology.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Work at WVU Medicine endoscopy center and related clinics with state-of-the-art facilities.
