West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine are seeking Gastroenterologists at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor levels to practice in Morgantown and Fairmont, WV. The position focuses on clinical practice in gastroenterology and hepatology, as well as teaching and academic involvement.
The GI and Hepatology team offers a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including a newly expanding endoscopy center and advanced procedure suites. Institutional support is strong for academic pursuits in chronic viral hepatitis and inflammatory bowel disease. The department values professionalism, cooperation, and opportunities to build and design programs within a large referral academic center.
