Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a clinical content expert in genitourinary reconstruction to lead program development within a dynamic urology practice. You will build partnerships, oversee education, and contribute to research across multiple sites.

You will train residents, participate in quality and strategic planning, and collaborate with plastic, colorectal, and gynecologic surgeons to advance patient outcomes. Academic appointment at assistant/associate/full professor level may be available.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted Texas medical license.
• American Board of Urology certification.
• Fellowship in genitourinary reconstruction.
• Eligibility for academic appointment at assistant/associate/full professor level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the genitourinary reconstruction program across multiple sites.
• Build partnerships with referring clinicians and healthcare providers in the region.
• Train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing to education and curricula development.
• Participate in strategic planning, quality assessment, and research initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases.
• Contribute to academic inquiry and foster a culture of scientific research.
