Albany Medical College seeks a full-time faculty member to join the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology in a busy academic setting with access to clinical, surgical, and educational resources.

The role involves providing general obstetric and gynecologic care, teaching medical students and residents, and opportunities for clinical research in a collaborative academic health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Eligible for or currently licensed in New York State.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in teaching and academic medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide general obstetrical and gynecological care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in hospital and home call coverage.
• Engage in teaching medical students and residents.
• Opportunities for clinical research.
