Marshall University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Medicine Gastroenterologist to provide medical care in internal medicine and gastroenterology across multiple facilities. The role includes supervising medical students, residents, and fellows, and presenting at Medical Grand Rounds annually.

Travel to outreach sites is required weekly. MD or equivalent, board eligibility in relevant specialties, and WV license eligibility are necessary.

Qualifications

• MD or professional equivalent level degree in Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical care to patients in internal medicine and gastroenterology as a faculty/attending physician.
• Supervise and provide clinical instruction to medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in rounds and present at Medical Grand Rounds; travel weekly to affiliated outreach facilities.
