Albany Medical College in New York is seeking general Gastroenterologists to join the Division of Gastroenterology. You will join a growing team that handles a wide range of complex gastroenterology patients from across northeastern New York.

The role includes performing endoscopic procedures, teaching medical students and residents, conducting research and scholarly work. Competitive salary with incentive bonus opportunity: $450,000-$500,000.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
• Experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of GI conditions.
• Active and unrestricted NY medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Work in an endoscopy suite with state-of-the-art diagnostic/therapeutic tech and anesthesia support.
• Collaborate with colorectal, oncologic and trauma surgeons, interventional radiologists, GI pathologists and infusion clinic on-site.
• Perform various endoscopic procedures.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Conduct research and scholarly work.
