Job summary

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV invites applications for a facial plastic reconstructive surgeon at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level. This is a full-time academic position in the Department of Otolaryngology, supporting a growing residency program.

Responsibilities include patient care, research and teaching for Otolaryngology residents, other residents, and medical students, with clinical and/or basic science research and teaching in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required for employment.
• Fellowship training in Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery required.
• Board eligible/certified in Otolaryngology; if board eligible, must obtain board certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in facial plastic reconstructive surgery.
• Engage in research and contribute to teaching for Otolaryngology residents, and other medical students.
• Maintain clinical duties with inpatient and outpatient care; participate in credentialing and hospital privileges.
