Qualifications

• Seven years of program or project management experience, including academic setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management from concept to implementation for division-wide impact.
• Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain collaboration across Access & Opportunity to ensure cohesion.
• Cultivate cross-unit partnerships to drive initiatives.
• Design and maintain program materials.
• Prepare and deliver periodic analyses and reports.
• Oversee planning and execution of key events and celebrations.
• Shared financial stewardship related to programming.
