Job summary

Chicago Derm in Springfield, IL seeks an electrophysiologist to drive an expanding academic EP program. You will balance lab and clinic duties, participate in teaching and research, and help shape EP service growth in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology, with interest in academic medicine and scholarly activity, joining a multidisciplinary cardiology team with strong support and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Interest in academic medicine, teaching and scholarly activity.
• Comfortable practicing full-scope electrophysiology in a team-based environment.
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope EP procedures with emphasis on AF management and device procedures.
• Balance academic duties with clinical responsibilities and program development.
• Contribute to teaching, research and the growth of the EP service line.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with a mix of lab and clinic work.
