Job summary

Albany Medical College's Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, within the Albany Med Health System, is actively recruiting a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician to join the team at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital.

Successful candidates will be board-certified or eligible in DBP, with interest in innovative programming, teaching residents and medical students, and delivering patient-centered care across ages up to 21 in a multidisciplinary setting serving 25

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Interest in developing innovative programming within the scope of DB practice.
• Experience or interest in teaching house staff and medical students.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient centered care across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage developmental and behavioral pediatric patients up to age 21.
• Partner with psychiatry, general pediatrics, neurology and genetics.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary initiatives and clinics (e.g., ASD Medical Home, feeding team, fast track screening).
• Teach residents and medical students and participate in scholarly activities.
