Position Summary:
Responsibilities include the overall operation and effectiveness of the education department of the school, including, but not limited to, management and supervision of all faculty (full-time and adjunct), externship coordinators, instructor turn-over, student retention, curriculum review and strategies for the effective dissemination of the curriculum to students to ensure entry-level employability upon graduation.The position would include producing work for new programs, compliance, accreditation needs or other assignments necessary to fulfill the corporate mission. The person in this position must remain current in industry standards in terms of the relevance of course materials and the development of training instructors in teaching strategies.
Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and supervisory or management work experience.
Master Degree and post-secondary school experience preferred
