Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks an Academic Content Specialist for the Leadership Academy Network to influence curriculum, instruction, assessment, and planning across LAN campuses. The role leads professional development and supports teachers and campus leaders to narrow the achievement gap and boost student outcomes.

The position reports to the Executive Director – Academics, with salary range $74,288–$89,502, 210 duty days, and exempt status.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Texas Teaching Certification required.
• 3 years of successful teaching experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) working proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and instructional program development across LAN campuses.
• Provide professional development for teachers and campus leaders.
• Analyze student and instructional data to drive school improvement.
• Coordinate and support campus improvement plans with staff and community.
