Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to support location and program leaders in regulatory standards and strategic compliance initiatives. The role manages assigned activities and promotes regulatory readiness across the university.

The candidate will execute compliance programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and prepare regulatory submissions while maintaining knowledge of accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with location and program leadership; maintain project plans and timelines for regulatory initiatives.
• Complete annual compliance activities to meet strategic priorities.
• Audit programs and locations for readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate advisory board meetings and document minutes, action items and communications.
• Provide training for university constituents on state, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Develop resources to navigate varying standards across regions and programs.
• Prepare accreditation and regulatory submissions with faculty and program leaders.
