Qualifications

• MD, DO or equivalent from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a Georgia Medical License.
• Board certified or board eligible in surgery.
• Assistant Professor: Early level career with appropriate post graduate training.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and benign colorectal conditions.
• Develop and maintain an annual clinical volume of inpatient/outpatient cases and visits as outlined.
• Participate in operating room days, clinic days, and endoscopy sessions weekly.
• Engage in robotic colorectal surgery and advance minimally invasive techniques.
• Provide colorectal surgery call coverage with limited weekly frequency.
• Participate in multidisciplinary colorectal cancer clinics and conferences.
