Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time Academic Coaching Program Manager for the Bethlehem Learning Center. The role focuses on supporting student success by creating a welcoming environment and empowering students to become independent learners through individualized coaching.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and mentoring academic coaches; using the WC Online scheduling system; and contributing to center and program initiatives for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and commitment to lifelong learning and student success.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in higher education or academic environment; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Master’s degree and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and mentor academic coaches.
• Utilize WC Online scheduling software.
• Contribute to center and program initiatives.
• Provide academic coaching to students at the Bethlehem Campus and online.
• Collaborate with Learning Center staff as part of the core team.
