Galin is seeking an Academic Coach to work one-on-one with middle school, high school, and college students. You will help students develop executive function and academic skills, teaching time management, organization, note-taking, and study strategies.
You will build strong relationships with students and parents to boost confidence and address challenges. The role requires clear communication with families, a minimum of 5 hours weekly, and a commitment of at least 12 months.
At Galin, our Academic Coaches work one-on-one with middle school, high school, and college students to help them become successful in school and life. Our coaches provide students with the executive function and academic skills to be successful now and in the future. When working with students, coaches will teach methods to plan and manage their time, prioritize, become more organized, and process information through note‑taking, studying, and reading. Our coaches must be able to create strong relationships with students, increase their confidence, and help them overcome challenges.
