Qualifications

• Must have an MD or MD/PhD or DO or equivalent degree.
• Board-certified in cardiovascular disease and board-certified or board-eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Excellent clinical and procedural skills; active involvement in medical education; interest in clinical research.
• Eligible for a Texas medical license.

Responsibilities

• Direct procedural, inpatient, and outpatient clinical care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in CME activities.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and nurse practitioners within a premier Cardiovascular Program.
• Lead or participate in lead extraction, advanced ablations, left atrial appendage occlusion, and device implantations.
