Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience in business, accounting or personnel operations including some supervisory experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages budget and accounting, purchasing (including P-card), HR, payroll and travel functions.
• Supervises and trains staff within the Academic HUB to ensure baseline business functions are carried out.
• Reviews financial reports and participates in development of financial control procedures and policy implementation.
• Provides payroll and personnel support for the Executive Associate Dean's office and oversees leave, flexible work schedules, and staffing.
