Stony Brook University’s Renaissance School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, seeks an Anesthesiologist with a Fellowship in Regional Anesthesia to join a collaborative team on Long Island. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
• Completed or soon to complete a Fellowship in Regional Anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthetic care for a diverse and complex surgical population.
• Perform regional anesthesia procedures and participate in Acute Pain Service and Orthopedic Anesthesia.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
• Develop programmatic, educational, and research initiatives in regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine.

Education
