Job summary

UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh is seeking highly talented anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia care. A qualified anesthesiologist will be ABA board-eligible or certified and qualify for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.

We offer opportunities in acute pain as well as cardiac and general anesthesiology, with day shifts and comprehensive benefits, including relocation support, CME allowance, and generous PTO. Academic appointment available.

Qualifications

• ABA board-eligible or certified.
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license required or eligible.
• Interest in acute pain, cardiac, or subspecialty anesthesia with fellowship training or substantial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care at UPMC Shadyside.
• Supervise CRNAs with 2.75:1 concurrency target.
• Daylight coverage with several shift options; beeper call and in-house OB call 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
