The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine seeks highly talented anesthesiologists to join our team at UPMC East in Monroeville, PA. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians must obtain PA licensure.

A broad case mix and an academic appointment are available within a thriving health system. New in 2025: competitive pay structure, higher base salary, and additional premiums.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board eligible in anesthesiology.
• Ability to obtain a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• General position with daylight physician coverage M-F 6:30 AM–3:30 PM.
• Call: all days, beeper call 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• CRNA supervision with a 3:1 concurrency target.
• Academic appointment available.
