Qualifications

• Subspecialty expertise in Breast Pathology preferred; additional subspecialties encouraged including lung pathology, cytopathology, and head and neck pathology.
• Responsibilities include clinical service, intraoperative consultations, and participation in tumor boards and clinico-pathologic conferences.
• Teaching duties include clinical, didactic, and small group teaching of house staff and medical students, curriculum development in subspecialty areas.
• Participation in research/scholarly activities and service to the University.
• Collaborative work within UC Davis Health and related centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical service as part of subspecialty teams.
• Participate in intraoperative diagnoses and after-hours/weekend call.
• Teach house staff and medical students; contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in tumor boards and clinico-pathologic conferences.
• Engage in scholarly activities and collaboration across UC Davis Health.
