Qualifications

• MD (or equivalent) and eligibility for a valid California Medical License.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology by the time of appointment.
• Completed fellowship training in anatomic pathology or equivalent clinical experience (minimum 3 years of sign‑out experience) at the time of appointment.
• Formal breast pathology fellowship training preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or scholarly activity in breast pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in night and weekend surgical pathology call.
• Teach medical students, house‑staff, and fellows; deliver departmental teaching activities.
• Attend interdepartmental conferences.
• Provide diagnostic services with outstanding diagnostic and interpersonal skills and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
