Veritas Press, Inc. seeks Academic Advisors to assist the Dean of Students, Headmaster, and VSA Staff in serving Classic and Premium full-time students.

Advisors act as experts on Veritas curriculum (K-12), graduation requirements, and college scholarships, offering two service levels: Classic and Premium. The role involves meeting families yearly, updating files, coordinating course plans, and facilitating class registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Veritas curriculum and class offerings.
• Experience in education highly preferred.
• Empathetic with customer relationship skills.
• Teachable, professional, and organized.
• Ability to navigate a variety of online educational tools and programs.
• Flexible daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and professional development provided.
• Schedule available consultation times on Google Calendar worksheet.
• Learn and apply the specific requirements of the Diploma and Certification program.
• Provide guidance services to families during consultations.
• Confirm course plans in Diploma Program and keep students on track with graduation requirements.
• Register students for classes and order books.
• Inform applicable teachers of important information about advisees.
• Maintain clear records of communication between families, teachers, students, and office.
