Qualifications

• Master's degree and two (2) years of managerial experience in academic advising and/or project management; OR Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of managerial experience in academic advising and/or project management.
• Experience with undergraduate students with retention and graduation issues.
• Experience with project management, and/or employee supervision and development

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and logistics for projects and staff.
• Provide general career advising to students and coordinate resources.
• Conduct targeted outreach to improve retention and graduation rates.
• Supervise Professional Advisors to support special projects.
• Collaborate with university partners on college-wide initiatives.
