Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Program/Project Support Coordinator SR to provide academic advising, student services, and program support for the School of Accountancy in the Trulaske College of Business.

The role partners with the Vogel Master of Accountancy program and supports students through admissions, course planning, graduation, internships, and employment, while helping to grow and manage the School’s academic offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required, with 3 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in accounting, business, higher education, student affairs, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CIA) or advising/career-development credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise a portion of the School’s junior, senior, and integrated graduate students on degree requirements, course selection, academic progress, and other program matters.
• Assist undergraduate and graduate admissions processes, scholarship administration, admitted-student communications, and orientation activities.
• Facilitate course planning and enrollment forecasting, monitor student progression, and address curricular and scheduling issues.
• Serve as a liaison among the School of Accountancy, Business Career Services, and recruiters to promote internship and full-time employment opportunities.
• Maintain and report on internship and employment data; assist with data collection for career outcomes.
