You will support academic planning, admissions processes, and connections to university resources.

Collaborating with the OSS team, you will advise for College of Education minors, coordinate ACE admissions, and serve as the first contact for students engaging with OSS.

Qualifications

• One year of professional Student Services work at the entry trainee level.
• Graduate-level coursework may substitute for required experience.
• Graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group academic advising for College of Education minors.
• Coordinate ACE admissions process and information sessions.
• Assist students by connecting them with OSS policies and campus resources.
• Support daily OSS operations and mentor student staff.
