Job summary

NYU Langone Health-Manhattan seeks a fellowship-trained Acute Care Surgeon to join its Manhattan campus anchored by Tisch Hospital and the Kimmel Pavilion. The practice focuses on Emergency General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care at a premier quaternary referral center.

You will teach and mentor residents and medical students as faculty of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, with the full backing of NYU Langone Health. This is a high-impact academic clinical role.

Qualifications

• MD or DO credential required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Surgical Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor residents and medical students as faculty of NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
• Provide acute care surgery and surgical critical care services.
• Contribute to clinical protocols, quality programs, and practice model development.
