CBIZ is seeking a detail-oriented ACA reporting specialist to support daily client deliverables, data formatting, and accuracy checks. You will prepare data for ACA platforms, review Form 1095-C, and collaborate with client dashboards while maintaining secrecy and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day delivery of client ACA reporting services.
  • Prepare, format, consolidate, and review client data for import into approved tech solutions.
  • Use Excel lookup functions and convert source content into structured Excel files.
  • Create employer census and offer-of-coverage files for ACA checks.
  • Correct formatting and data-quality issues before import.
  • Load client data into reporting platforms and maintain processing records.
  • Review and audit Forms 1095-C for accuracy and completeness.
  • Retrieve documents, records, and reports from the ACA database.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Review messages, identify actions, and respond or route items.
  • Maintain client and employee dashboard-access contact lists.
  • Communicate reporting progress, data needs, deadlines, and system access.
  • Coordinate and lead client webinars and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with CBIZ reporting units to resolve issues and ensure consistent service.
  • Track annual client reporting progress and update tracking files weekly.
  • Track renewals, new business, consulting engagements, and related revenue.
  • Provide weekly manager updates, with daily updates during renewal season.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
  • Apply ACA reporting requirements and established procedures.
  • Use and review AI-assisted work for accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and security.

  • Preferred: knowledge of employee benefit plans, health care, or benefits administration
  • Preferred: at least three years' experience working in or managing a help desk environment for benefits-related platforms
  • Preferred: experience with reporting, data analysis, HR information systems, Affordable Care Act reporting or compliance, or business data
