Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Well-rounded knowledge of Residential Electrical & AC Operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with desktop computer, laptop and tablets.
• Strong knowledge of NEC National Electric and Local Codes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Hires and trains front-line employees.
• Organizes, directs, and oversees schedules and work.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination per policy.
• Coordinate activities across departments and manage data analysis.
• Develop and implement safe work procedures and budgets.
